The garden hose sprung a leak, while we were mixing quickrete for the fire pit. Actually, the patch for the old leak sprung a new leak. So we got out the tape for a quick repair. Quickrete won’t wait! But that reminded us of the leaks that the Associated Press had reported on recently.
